The site is allocated for 27 homes in The Epping Forest District Local Plan 2011-2033.

We are proposing 23 homes; 15 houses and 8 flats, 40% of which will be affordable and delivered on site.

This is made up of 8no. 2 bedroom flats, 2no. 2 bedroom houses, 8no. 3 bedroom houses and 5no. 4 bedroom houses.

We are also providing the NHS with 13 new car parking spaces.
